So I had finally received my package a few days ago-and what beautiful item it was! Unfortunately, the shipping was horrible, and for how much I payed, 3 weeks was quite ridiculous (It was a necklace coming from Las vegas!)
Finally when I had received the product it was time to give feedback. I gave them a ‘neutral’ and explained that the product was beautiful but the customer service not. In fact, I had messaged the seller three days before my product arrived asking for more shipping info, and he just never replied. But note this:
The same day I gave a neutral review, he messaged me back with two paragraphs arguing for me to change it to positive.
The nerve of some people. Though let me tell you, I made sure to send him two paragraphs of my own of his horrible customer service. Definitely never buying from him again.
And then, 10 minutes later I ordered myself a little something (hehe) and am hoping the process goes a little better this time!
